Matt Herrmann is a Midwest-based LitRPG / progression fantasy author. He started seriously pursuing writing in 2019 after realizing that he enjoyed working with letters much more than numbers (he has a business degree), and that he wasn’t getting any younger. He’s currently best known for co-authoring the Monster Tamer Academy series, which will be completed in 2026. In his free time, he enjoys walking outside, gardening, and preparing nutritious and tasty homemade food.
